S. Anderson Consulting was established in 2004 as a full service affordable housing consulting firm. S. Anderson is located in Austin, Texas.

The firm specializes in affordable multifamily housing programs, including the Housing Tax Credit and Multifamily Bond programs administered by the State of Texas. Services include site selection, development and finance team coordination, financial feasibility analysis, application packaging, neighborhood relations, and research projects.
