Development Feasibility Analysis. S. Anderson can assist with site selection, unit mix and affordability determinations, and financial feasibility calculations.

Application Packaging. S. Anderson Consulting will prepare applications for housing tax credits, bond financing, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and other affordable housing programs that will give your development the capital to proceed.
